Started in 1986, Defined Fitness Inc. is one of the leading health clubs of New Mexico. It offers strength training, cardiovascular equipment, group exercise classes and athletic programming services. Based in Rio Rancho, N.M., the fitness center also features an aquatic complex with an indoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna and steam room.
